About Wage and Hour Information Resource (“WHIR”)
Wage and Hour Information Resource is just that: a resource for both employers and employees to use to help answer questions about wage and hour laws. WHIR’s primary goal is to help untangle the complicated wage and hour rules so that employers and employees have a better idea of what their rights and responsibilities are under laws like the Fair Labor Standards Act and Ohio Minimum Fair Wage Standards Act. WHIR is run by Attorney Andy Biller, who is Of Counsel to Markovits, Stock & DeMarco.
