On February 6, 2017, Markovits, Stock and & DeMarco expanded its Wage and Hour Practice Group by welcoming Andrew Kimble to join the firm. Andrew Biller, who leads MSD’s Wage and Hour Practice Group, said “Andrew Kimble is a great addition to our team. Andrew is well-versed in the law, relentless on behalf of his clients, and able to come up with creative solutions to complex legal issues. In other words, he fits in perfectly at MSD.”
Prior to joining MSD, Mr. Kimble worked for a prominent New York City wage and hour class action firm, where he represented low wage workers across the country. Originally from Ohio, Mr. Kimble moved back to Dayton in 2015 and opened his own law practice. Over the years, Mr. Kimble has helped thousands of employees recover millions of dollars in unpaid wages.
Mr. Kimble said, “I’m proud to be able to give employees the same high-quality representation that their employers usually have. I like leveling the playing field, even against the biggest employers.”
MSD’s Wage and Hour Practice Group represents a wide range of employees seeking unpaid minimum wages, unpaid overtime, and equal pay under laws like the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Equal Pay Act, and Ohio’s minimum wage and overtime laws. MSD’s complex litigation and class action expertise lets the firm take on some of the biggest wage and hour lawsuits and employment law class actions.
